Question about Epson POS TMT88IV Thermal Receipt Printer
I just got an Epson TM-T88IV receipt printer to use with Microsoft RMS Ver 1.3. I installed the printer from Epson expert as the manual suggested and it can print a test page from pinter properties. However, when I open RMS it says no OPOS driver do you still want to open?
Within the RMS program, I changed the printer receipt name to the new one and rebooted and it still won't work. I am lost and have spent 3 days trying to get my only register running again. Help me out here please.
Uninstall the software for the printer and install it once again on ur computer , and also check with all the settings for ur printer and also the software compatibility first .
