You have use only the sony software to transfer the picture and the videos. The software have a default location. Go to that location and you will find all of them

Hi do you find the software?

First you have to install the software.The software is supplied with the handicam in a cd form.You can connect handicam with pc using usb or dv(i link)port.Go to menu in handicam and select usb streaming on.Connect handicam with pc through usb and switch on to vtr mode.In drive C go to programe,sony corpn,DI,capture.Click capure and get capturing window to download your video.

Have you installed Picture-Package software, or the cd comes with camcorder wich contains drivers for Windows.
