Question about Philips Magnavox 9P6034C 60" Rear Projection Television
Chirping sound can be from the capacitor on the power supply board. As I said earlier to start with open the back of the unit and check the power supply board for any blown capacitors. Also check the flyback as it can be some loose wires in the coil. Usually this happens when there is a vibration in the horizontal circuit, the flyback and/or coil can make this noise. The flyback can also go bad and cause this issue, opening the unit is only recommended if you have some electrical expertise. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
