Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sansa clip 1gb mp3 player

You will have to fly blind a bit, but remember that the Spanish word for language is "idioma" and the Spanish word for English is "Ingles" - Here is a link to the user manual that will help you - Sansa does have a Spanish version of the manual if you want to compare. Eventually, you want to find this menu/setting:
Reset All
This will reset the player to its original factory settings.
1. Press Menu to return to the Main Menu.
2. Move to Reset All and select it.
3. Select Save to reset to factory settings or Cancel to stop.

No FM Radio Available

Hi fitx-64

Every where you site this model on the web, it has an inbuilt FM tuner... you not even having that option is really weird. I take it you have been through the manual to see what is what? :)

There is a firmware upgrade for it here you could do that first and see how you go.

If that does not fix it, I suggest you take it to a Sony service center. I am sure they willl exchange it for you.

My daughter gave me her sansa c240 1gb mp3 player, it was new(refurb) and when i turned it on i think i pressed spanish language. I dont speak spanish and also she lost the manual. can you help me?

I solved it the hard way. I scrolled down what I thought was the language key and started pressing keys, the last one I hit was Japanese, I thought i was done for, but found the English one by chance and after that it was trial and error in down loading music from my PC, a little while longer messing around with it I finally figured it out1 It's a pretty cool device I downloaded some music and sermons and enjoy it so far. thanks for the offer to help though. Language in zen

To reset the language displayed on a ZEN player to English, change the language back to English or run Cleanup from the player.
For detailed instructions on how to access the Recovery Mode of a MP3 player, please see Recovery Mode: What to Do and How to Access.
If the player is a flash based player, such as a ZEN Nano, ZEN Nano Plus or MuVo, the language can be reset by manually changing the language or updating the firmware. To manually change the language:
  1. Press the scroll wheel to access the main menu.
  2. Scroll to the Settings option (the icon looks like a gear).
  3. Scroll to the Language option (the icon looks like a pearson speaking).
For detailed instructions on how to update the firmware of a MP3 player, please see Updating the Firmware on a Creative MP3 Player.
