Your PC video resolution is too high for the monitor to display.
Max resolution for this monitor is 1280 x 1024 @60Hz.

use another monitor to get into windows, right click desktop and goto properties, then click on settings, click addvance., then click on monitor, then lower the refresh rate to its lowest , then try the monitor with the problem, hope this helps in some way.

Describe your AOC S7M51, 17 in. CRT Monitor Problem. with external TV Tuner card connected, Message shows "Warning, Not Support, Out of range" and with CPU connected, the same message shows from the booting... ??? are AOC monitors trusted for the efficiency ?
