Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Just reset the printer ..and reinstall the driver for it ...be sure that the driver is the one that requires for teh operating system that you use..and it is well powered when installed ..and on ..after that it has to work ..
if it is a model that has a screen and menu ..look in the menu for reset settings ...with the arrows select one by one functions and devices..like drum and counter ..and reset them ..
Also you can check before doing all that if it all ok inside..( I think maybe there is something out of place during the moving ) ..check to be aligned..and the ink in place , than reset it ..and restart ..install the driver and it has to work if it is functional ..
