Question about Dell V505 All-In-One Printer
Dell V505 Hardware recognized by Computer. Even though USB is secure at both connections there is no communication link detected between computer and printer.
Any thoughts? Should I replace USB cable?
Try to check the USB in the device manager if did not disable. To goto device manager right click the My Computer on the screen and click properties. Dialogue box appears click on the Hardware and click Device Manager. Another dialogue box appear then just see at the bottom of the dialogue box if the Universal Serial Bus Controllers are did not have question mark (?) with yellow color. If don't have mark like that try to change your USB cable then insert it again to your printer. But if they have a mark like that you need to right click the Universal Serial Bus Controllers and click Update driver.
