Question about Eclipse Car Audio & Video
here is a link for another car ..with a in-dash unit..and I linked it just to make an idea...
If it do not have any visible screws or other ..you will have to remove the dash itself cause the unit may have a system that it is joined by the back ...Most of them though are just snap clicked in ..and you will have to use a plastic tool like a flat screwdriver ..to insert at the side and see the points where it is snapped on ..and get it from a side to the other ...inch by inch ..after that will slide out ..
remember if it do not want to ...do not force ..cause it may have a safety system on the bach ..and it have to be removed the whole dash ..

Disconnect the battery to avoid an electrical short while working with the wiring.
Use a screwdriver to remove the retaining screws holding in your car DVD/GPS unit. Grab hold of the stereo and pull it toward you to remove it from the dashboard.
Get a pair of DIN tools to slip on either side of the DVD/GPS unit, if the DVD/GPS unit connects to the dash using spring clips and bolts. These thin tools slide in easily, release the clips, and allow the DVD/GPS unit to come out easily. You may need to remove dash panels when bolts hold in the DVD/GPS unit. Take out the bolts and screws that hold the DVD/GPS unit in, and then simply pull it out.
Look at the wires on the back of your car DVD/GPS unit. You should see 2 wires attached to the stereo. A wiring clip protect the DVD/GPS unit from vibrations and holds the wiring harness steady.
Pry the wires up from the DVD/GPS unit and loosen them using a pulling/pushing motion. After working the wires back and forth, you should be able to pull the wires straight out.
That is the procedure on how to remove DVD/GPS unit from your dash board.
