I have a Keurig office pro coffee maker. After a power failure it will not work

Have you tried rebooting it like a computer? Unplug the cord and wait a bit then plug it back in? If that doesn't work the power spike of the outage likely damaged your computer board in the Keurig.

My refrigerator will not get cold

Sounds like your unit may have a "burnt-out" compressor motor. This can happen when you have a "power outage" followed by a "power surge" when the power supply resumed. This is known as "electrical fusion" and should be covered by your Household Insurance ie EITHER repair or replacement of you fridge depending on the Insurer and/or the age of your particular appliance.
SOME units have an in-line FUSE [usually in a small box/case with a retaining screw near the compressor where the power cord enters the unit]. Make sure the POWER is switched OFF and the cord unplugged BEFORE you open the holder AND replace the FUSE with one of the same size/rating as already installed [assuming of course that there is a fuse present] ...

My whirlpool calypso washer just quit working no codes no power just dead. GVW9959KQ2

Won't Power Up
  • 120VAC electrical supply.
Check voltage supply to washer.
  • Open AC cord.
Check for voltage at the power cord connection to the line filter.
  • Line filter open.
Check voltage into and out of line filter.
  • Machine control board open.
With the washer off but connected to the AC outlet, measure the AC voltage between Pins 4 and 2 at connector P16.

Freezer not working

Hi,
  • Make sure the freezer is plugged in
  • Check for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker
  • Test the power outlet for voltage
  • Inspect the electrical cord for damage
  • Eliminate use of an extension cord, if any is being used
  • Check the outage votageIf power is reaching the electrical outlet, trace the freezer wiring and test components as you go. Either there is a short, which must be located and repaired, or the freezer has sustained electrical damage.
Thanks.

Cannon printer quit working suddenly.

Is it possible that the cord came unplugged from the transformer itself instead of the printer or wall plug?
A power outage shouldn't affect it, but a power surge can. Please use surge protection circuits on your computer equipment. It's so much cheaper than repairing or replacing them.
Take it from someone who learned the hard way....
You can try a printer reset. Turn the printer off, unplug the power and data cables from the machine. Wait at least ten minutes to allow the printer cache to be purged.(Canon's recommendation)
Then plug back in and turn on.
I hope this works for you! Good luck!

Automatic ice maker quite working after 7 day power outage

Check to see if the power cable is ok. If your unit has a fuse, you may need to replace that. Looks like the power outage might have fuzzed up the power circitry. If neither of the above works, then you may need to get the machine serviced.

Had a power outage, a day later i noticed fax would not copy or print out internal reports. Faxes received are unreadable. When I try to make 8 or so copies, it scans them but memory stays at 00% and it...

It seems that your fax machine has been damaged by a power "spike" You may or may not be able to get it to work again. You can try to re sequence the machine, by switching off, then removing both the power cord and the telephone cord from the wall. Wait 30 secs or so, then plug in the power cord and switch on. After the machine shows the "ready" mode in the display, then plug in the telephone cord. If this does not work, your machine is toast. Make sure in future to use a line conditioner for both the power and the telephone lines.

Unit WILL NOT Turn ON

Although power cord is permanently attached, connections inside machine have broken off (from personal experience)from moving or jiggling. Unplug machine then check and see. That is, unless you are getting an "ON" red or green light when your machine ON. A question, did you have a power outage? In case you had one,and power is restore, the voltage surge can fry almost any electrical components including computer, refrigerator, freezer etc. Solution? ...a good surge protector.
