Question about HP LaserJet 4250dtn Printer
Updated HP LaserJet 4250dtn Printer driver and now the printer won't print. Printer is connected to a company network by ethernet cable. Printer is accessed by a Workstation Dell Optiplex 740 with 2Gb of RAM running Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
If it worked before you updated the driver, go into the Device Manager and roll back the driver to the previous version. Sometimes new drivers haven't been fully tested, or they may contain bugs or may just be incompatible with an application that you happen to be running. If the old driver version works, stick with that.
