You can connect your iPOd on the computer which you primarily use with your iPOD, then open Itunes when you disconnect from it it will be no longer locked.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

The way 4 it 2 not happen again, is if u don't get drunk, that was a mistake in the 1st place.
I don't know how 2 unlock it though, besides pluging it in 2 ur computer and going to your intunes, and it should automattically reset it, mind u it will erase all of ur data.

If i remember right, you need to plug it in to your computer and when itunes opens up go to the ipod thing where it shows all the setting and info for the ipod and it should be resettable somewhere in there.

I'm afraid the only way to to reset the Ipod using Itunes. Holding both the sleep button, and home button together for more that 25seconds will put the Ipod into recovery mode which will then enable you to reset it.
If it is you Ipod, with your music on then doing a restore from Itunes won't delete anything, it will simply re-sync it.
