Question about Cell Phones
Troubleshooting updating problem is a long story, but let me assist you with this. Your option to get it worked again is to restore the system (iphone) to the previous state when it was working. To do this, you need to uninstall and reinstall the itunes on your computer without updates. Since your iphone fully depends to your itunes installed on your Computer, this will fix your problem. (There's a way to delete the updates from the computer but if you make any mistakes, you'll end up gaining nothing. If your problem will become complicated, let apply more troubleshooting tricks later.)
After reinstalling the itunes, sync your iphone with the computer, it'll again restore the iphone to the previous version without the updated firmware. Which means you'll be able to operate the iphone without any problem. Please try this method as a first measure, i'll assist you if you have further problem.
Please note, this solves almost every problem related to updates. I wish you good luck and do let me know.
