Press the center button and Menu button at the same time to reset the thing. Nothing? Then your fu.k.d and have to go to the shop and exchange the bloody thing out if your within 30 days or go to the Apple store and give them hell if your within your year warranty.
HI, Please find and press the reset button, trying to attach pic but not doing, Any way find reset button in the hole at back og the player. insert some thing in the hole and press the reset and your player work fine again.
If a reset does not work using the reset hole, then try this: First, back up all of your music and do this: Turn off the player and disconnect it from the computer. Then press and hold the play/puse button and turn it on simultaneously. The player should be in recovery mode. Scroll down and select format (all) and let it format. Then reload all of music back onto your player and it should work like new. Hope this helps!

If this pop-up does not appear, reset the player again WHILE connected to the computer. Open the Philips Device Manager, and go to Repair Tab.Reset the player one more time while connected to computer. Follow the repair instructions.
