Question about Canon PIXMA iP4000 InkJet Photo Printer
Hello Dan, hi!, it looks like your printer is either using red as black, it does this when a color is missing, in this case the black ink, the routine is when a color is missing, the printer reproduce that missing color from what ever color is available, so your printout is a near very close imperfect copy. I suggest you clean your printer ink cartridge and cradle for crystallize dried ink. use warn water as a dissolving agent, a damp of warm water on those dried ink will loosen it. Use swab such as ear-buds, to loosen it.
