Question about Kodak EasyShare P850 Digital Camera
You need to find out if there is a problem with the camera, the computer, or the cable.
Try the same camera and cable with a different computer. If it works, then it's a setup or problem with the original computer. You might even try a different USB port, I'll assume that's what you are using.
Also try a different cable; it should be fairly standard, likely a mini-USB to USB cable. They are very common now. Try a different one and see if that fixes it.
