It worked earlier in the day, but my aunt started using it and when i got it back it was all messed up, so I thought maybe she messed up the settings. However, I reset the settings and it's still blurry.

Maybe it's time to take off the transparent label on camera's eye? ...Kidding... Try to make it clean of dust, and set up the software on default values.
That's impossible, due to the limited amount of light. There are several things you can do to reduce the blur, but you're not going to eliminate it completely.
To start with, set the ISO as high as you can. It will increase the noise, so you may want to back down the ISO---it's your call.
Set the camera's mode dial to Aperture-priority (A). Turn the command dial to get the maximum aperture (smallest f/number). This will give you the fastest shutter speed under the conidtions.
Unfortunately, as I stated earlier, that won't eliminate blur completely. You can reduce it a little more by using a faster lens, but one of those will set you back $2000 or so.
The camera gets reset to factory settings simply by removing batteries for two minutes.
If that does not work , then the camera is not in 'blur mode' , but has a faulty CCD sensor, that cause this typical effect, picture blurred an like moving, and often a wrong color tone.
Its bad ccd imager problem and ccd imager will replace in camera. Sony will repair your DSC-T1 free of cost foe ccd imager fault. Click Sony CCD Imager Support for details.
If you would like to reduce the blurring, please check the following before taking a picture:
1 Distance - When the distance between the camera and the subject is too close, the strength of the light can cause the picture to overexposed and be blurred. On the contrary, if the distance is too far, the beam is too weak to shed enough light on the subject. Allow yourself enough space between you and your subject.
2 Shutter - If you press the shutter before the flash is fully charged, the flash will not be able to emit enough light and therefore the image can be blurred.
3 Surrounding Light - Use the fill-in flash mode to create a balanced shot when the surrounding light is very bright.
4 Backlight - Use the backlight control feature when the background is brighter than the subject.
5 Cleaning - Clean the lenses with a smooth piece of cloth.
6 ASR (Advanced Shake Reduction) - Put in ASR mode to prevent any blur
7 Power Reset - Turn off camera - Remove batteries for a minute - Reload batteries - Turn on camera
Try to do the MASTER RESET. - Press on MENU button - Press on the right button until you see SETUP 2 - Scroll down until you see RESET - Press the right button to pick up on YES or NO - Press on OK/MENU button for changes to be saved
Turn off camera after the settings have been changed to refresh the camera.
If it still does not work, try calling the Manufacturer so they could assist you on where to send it in for SVC.
Not specific enough but I would run a head cleaner thru it for 10 seconds and see if that improves things and always use the same brand of tape to prevent gum issues.
