Same problem, same attempt to solve (replaced cartridge) but no improvement!
If you are using a remanufactured cartridge, exchange it in the store, cause it is with problem on it´s internal circuit.

1 Replace the Ink Cartridge that has failed.
2 If the message continues to appear, clean the electrical contacts
inside the Ink Supply Station (power OFF the Printer first).
3 If the message continues to appear after cleaning the Ink Supply
Station, replace the Ink cartridge again.
