Puppy chewed the cord. It is an internal cord and does not plug into the back of the tv. Can I replace it myself? Directions or diagram? Where is the best place to get the replacement cord?

Any polarized power cord will work----cautions: the cord where it connects inside will have either a white stripe on one side or a rough surface---that is the neutral side---replacement must be soldered to correct points---you get it backwards and set will work but shock hazard will exist-------if you have enough cord left you can do a splice repair-----I cut them back and offset so not next to each other(the two sides of the cord----get some heat shrink tubing--slide it over each side and down a ways---solder the two ends for each side back together (you will lose a little of the cord) and once soldered slide the shrink tubing down over the soldered parts and heat it with a hair dryer and it will shrink air tight over the solder connection's---you do not want the splices side by side to prevent any possible short----for extra protection once done use some black electrical tape and tape the whole area.

Either replace entire cord or splice repair it. Examine cord end to end for any bare wire showing---if chewed in more than one spot replace entire cord.

My son cut the power cord to the tv, how do I replace the cord? can I replace the whole cord from the back of the TV?

That cord in this model is usually a plug in--inside the set it either goes to a plug or is soldered in place.

Depending on how short it was cut it can be repaired--notice that here the cord has two sides---one will be smooth and the other has a white stripe or is rough----if spliced the splices must match the ones on what is left of the cord-----cord is polarized and should not be plugged in unless matched to set.

A fairly easy repair if done right--most people or any outside repair person can easily do this.

I have a Phillips 46WB2K3RA tv and the power cord got cut accidentally while moving it. I spliced it and put it back together and now can't get the tv to come on, any suggestions as this is the only...

On the cors itself one side has either a white line or is ribbed. Just match up the correct lines and splice it back together. If you have them reversed, polarity is backwards and TV won't operate. If that doesn't solve your problem it's more than likely the fuse inside the TV where the cord enters the back.

Back of the tv,the back of the tv should have a three prongs steels rods stick out in a hole for u to enter the a/c power cord.Or a two holes for a power a/c cord to plug into it.Both of these design a/c's sockets power a/c cord to insert in the holes both of these a/c holes inputs should have a word A/C written wright beside it holes.

Instruction to replace fuse philips 32mt3305/17 quit working after house power surge wont turn on

The internal main A/C fuse is usually located within close proximity to the power cord entry point on the main PCB. So remove the back cover and follow the cord to something that looks like this.
