Question about Televison & Video

1 Answer

Mitsubishi LT 52249. Brand new. Low audio on all inputs. Have to turn it up past 13 before I start to hear anything. Mits says its probably in the main board. Is there a setting in tech menu or in main? I've tried sound level. No change.

Mitsubishi LT-52249 continuous blinking green light wont pwer on/off

These blinks (flashes) are fault indication. By the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. Count the blinks occur at one time switch ON, carefully. Do it once again, and make sure about the number of blinks. If the flashes are continious, non-stop, the main system control IC should be suspected. If you wish to get more details, check the site linked here. It has blinking codes detail to many brand TVs. Pull up older posts. Check the site in 'Mosaic' view. It will make search easy. Electro help

My Mitsubishi LT-52249 television's audio and video become unsychronized after a period of several hours. I have to unplug the set to resynchronize. Any thoughts on what would cause this?

I have seen issues like this on other manufactures sets needing a software up grade. Mitsubishi deals one on one with customers with software upgrades and will usually send out a SD card with the upgrade on it. This is their customer service number. 1800-332-2119
I hope this helps,

Vertical lines on my 40 inch lcd mitsubishi hdtv 1080

Similar problem with an eleven and a half month old LT-40148. Approx. 1 inch vertical banding line on left side of screen on all inputs. After about two weeks, same problem on the right side of the screen.

Fortunately this occurred two weeks prior to the one year warranty expiring.

Called Mits customer service and they referred me to an authorized service center who I happened to have dealt with before.

They picked up the set. The front panel (LCD screen ) had to be replaced. Set was gone for two weeks as parts were not in stock. There was no charge. I hope this screen last more than a year.
