Question about Lenovo 3000 Y410 Laptop
I think there is problem with your operating system. There must be corrupted system files on your laptop that cause this issue, you could try using the recovery for your laptop that came with it to fix the issue but that will reinstall the whole operating system that it with with, meaning it will erase everything on it because it be installed to its factory settings or you call also use the One Key Recovery Option on your machine by shutting down your machine first and make sure that the ac adapter is plugin then press the small button just beside the power button which has a logo of an arching arrow or the word "NOVO" but do not turn on your computer because it turn on automatically and will proceed with the recovery process, just choose the One key Recovery option when you see the options and just follow the instructions from there. hope it helps
