Question about Sony Ericsson W850i Cellular Phone
There might be two problems .
1) there is an option where by u keep settings of lifting the call with the opening of the slider, i think u might be closing and opening the slider and that is making this problem during call taking, just disable this setting from the phone settings.
2) now there might be a hardware problem as the above problem was a solution to software if not solved by above answer, there might be a strip problem , a belt joins the two parts of the phone, you will have to show to a local repairman and ask him to see whether there is problem in the belt , 1 morte diagnosis of the same is
a) garbling of screen which shows belt problem
b) the piece might run sluggishly also which is also an indicator.
3) last hope restore factory settings but do remember to do backup of contacts and important pics or messages , then proceed for the same, 123456 or 000000 is the default password for the factory security reset code.
4) lastly if none of this work head to ebay or ur local secondhand dealer and sell it off.
