Hey, if you have tried cleaning it, only thing you can do is replace it you should get a replacement from ebay for around 10 pounds mark, if you dont have it replaced your laptop will overheat and give you lots of problems in the future if your fan totally stops working.
better to replace sooner than later,
the fan itself is just 1 cable and a few screws holding it in,

I moved my refrigerator to vacum (Frigidaire model PLHT217TAK 2002) and since then the warm air stopped coming out from the front bottom vent. It also stopped making noise, it seems to want to start but...

the condenser fan motor is what blows the air around down there, pull out the machine remove the back bottom panel and you'll see the fan, check it to see if something is stuck in the fan blade keeping it from spinning,do this right away,if the fan isn't blowing you can cook your compressor,if something is wrong with the fan motor you can leave the bottom panel off and stick a regular fan back there to keep the compressor cool until you fix the fan motor.hope this helps

The fan in the elcectric oven ...straight oven on right side...the fan seems to start and then stick making a very loud noise after it is on for a minute. When I opened the oven and observed I could see...

Could be a problem with your element. After a while the element s can distort causing it to hit of the fan. If you remove the inner panel that is in front of the fan/element by removing 4 screws holding it, this will allow you to see the element and fan and if required gently bend the element away from the fan. Hope this helps.

Fan doesn't come on ..compressor seems to start.

If unit hasn't been running for a while, shut power off to it, and go up on roof and take a long stick or similar, and try to feed it through air slots in cover at back and try to spin the fan enough to rotate it 3 or 4 times. Then have someone turn power back on (with stick out of there obviously) and try turning on fan mode only to see if fan will now come on. If it does, run it for a few minutes then try cool again.
Sometimes they get a dead spot from not being used for a while, and this will get it going again. If you have trouble rotating it, remove cover and spin by hand well, but make sure power is off, then try it again. If unit was running recently, have capacitor checked first, then fan. Capacitors can give off a very dangerous shock due to high voltage stored in them, so don't try it yourself if not familiar with capacitors.

It does not boot ,it powers up for 5-10second then dies fans work then stop, i have tested psu and seems to be working fine , all the conections seem to be ok, there is 1 bios beep then there is a gap and...

Try removing all RAM and replacing it one stick at a time. If none of the RAM allows the computer to boot, the problem most likely lies with the processor. Any more information about the computer would be slightly helpful to diagnose the beep codes, but checking the RAM would be my first suggestion.

My porsche 944 seems to be running a little hot! The fan only seems to come on at around 80 degrees! It does however not overheat! What could this be?

You could have a few different issues. It could be that the thermastat is sticking, which should be replaced. (you can test the old one by boiling it in water and using a thermometer to check at what temp it opens up) The fan clutch could be weak or failing.(test by feeling for resistance in the clutch when the fan is at rest and the car is off) My guess would be (depending on the number of miles) that the radiator is pretty gummed up with deposits that are making it inefficient at cooling the system.

I found a rock stuck in the radiator blower fan #2 which obviously blew the 15amp fuse, after replacing it it seems that neither blower fans are working. What should I look for?

most fans don't come on until about 220 degrees so u might not letting motor get hot enough to turn fans on let it sit and idle for a good half hour but stick around and keep eye on it cause fans will only come on for a minute or two
also on some systems one fan will come on when u have air condtioning running but not all
if fans still dont work look to make sure relay not bad
also check to see if fans themselfs still work with rock stuck in them could of burnt them up
to check fans unplug eletrical connecter from fan useing two jummer wires hook fan directly to battery and see if it runs

Car seems to be running verry hot not steaming

make sure the electric fan is turning on. it it is not you can pull the wire from the plug that is next to the thermostat housing and it should turn on and run all the time, if it is not bad. Make sure your thermostat is not sticking closed.
