Question about HP LaserJet 2300 Printer
Even though the printer is capable of duplex printing, it continues to do it manually via tray 1 when duplex is selected.
So you're saying it will only pull paper from tray 1? This is likely because there is some setting that makes it think the paper in the other tray is not "normal" -- either thick paper, or a different size, or recycled. Check the paper type and size settings in the printer's menu, and also check the settings in the print driver.
The other tray that you want to duplex from is capable of duplexing, right? On some printers you can only duplex from specific trays.
