Question about Samsung RS2556 Side by Side Refrigerator
There is a good chance that the evaporator on the refrigerator side is frosted up due to a faulty thermal fuse or sensor or both. Since these units have more than one evaporator, there is no damper to get stuck.

LETS look at some ot the things that do cause this problem. . if the cold coil in the freezer is frosted over the no air can get through it to cool the firg side . so go back to the freezer . you have a defrost problem . causes . heater / terminator or timer . .. timer ( or the AD C ) tells it when to deforst. the temminator if working properly lets the heater melt the frost off the coil and when about 55 deg turns off hte heater, and the heater has to be ok for this to happen . hope this helps mm . replace the terminator and if glass radiant heater replace them first and them and last the A~D C
