DISPLAYS PRINTER TANK FULL BUT DOES IT HAVE A TANK?

It does have ink absorber pads on the bottom of the printer. When they are full you need a shop repair to replace them and reset the error code.

Can´t service it!

Gently pull on the ribbon cable that leads to the print head and it should come across; at least mine did when the Serivce Error 5200 came up. Once in the middle pull the power plug, replace the cartridge, cloase the lid and then power it on. Hopefully this gets you up and running.
