Question about Ovens
I have double oven of which the top oven works well but when using the grill it is either on full or not at all, there appears to be no lower settings. does the thermostate have any control over the grill and if so why does the top oven work ok
Creda reflection double oven had the same issue, both ovens work but the grill was either hot or cold, no temp control. I changed the thermostat first, due to being a novice and not fully understanding how things worked. it didn't help so I have changed the grill regulator,( bit that the knob fits onto) and it has solved the issue. I expect this to be the same with most top oven and grill combinations with the oven working but the grill only being hot or off.

HI there the top oven and the bottom oven have separate thermostats that is why you are having this problems because the bottom oven thermostat has failed thus making it not regulate the heat. to repair this you need a new thermostat regulator i hope this has helped you noffie....
