its hardware fault i think lcd fault try to change it

Yes u can go radio selection nd Divert calls using keypad witout joystick. First select any number on ur keypad, nd select more on right key, next use no2 on ur keypad nd select # key. here it wil display ur settings.. then select key no4. get list of settings.. then select no1 for call divert . again select no1 for divert always.. This s for divert calls. For rado select any number on r keypad, nd select more on right key, next use no2 on ur keypad nd select no9 for radio.

Following buttons 3,6,9 & # might have get damaged on keypad. Change the keypad to get these things work. If not keypad IC may be a problem. Changing it would resolve the problem

only 1 answer which is the obvious, get the keypad replaced, if its water damage you are lucky the phone is still working

May be a dust or carbon problem. remove your body cover and clean your keypad through a neat and clean cloth. I hope it will be work properly.

Your keypad is not working that means your keypad IC may have some problem or you can do this...
Open your phone & clean your motherboard with Carbon Tetrachloride using a toothbrush slowly. It doesn't harm your phone because it solves the dust problem.
