Question about Yahoo Mail
This seems to be a temporary problem with Yahoo Mail.
To resolve this problem, clear your web browser's cookies and cache and then login to your Yahoo Mail account.
If you are using Internet Explorer, clear the browser cache by using these steps:
1) In the Internet Explorer window click on "Tools" menu, choose "Internet Options." This opens the "Internet Options" window.
2) In the "General" tab, under "Browsing History", click on "Delete" button
3) Check the boxes next to the Temporary Internet Files, History and Cookies heading and click the "Delete" button within that section.
4) Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the "Internet Options" window.
Now try to login to your Yahoo Mail account.
If the problem persists for more than 2 hours, kindly contact Yahoo Customer Support by filling up this form.
