For that first make sure SATA is disable in bios.
For that when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or del or ALt+F2 then you can see bios then check SATA is disable then make sure your harddrive is recognized in bios.
Then boot computer with windows or recovery disk .
For that enter in bios with above key stoke then go to boot menu and set first boot device as cd/dvd rom then save settings and exit.
Then it boot with that disk
Then follow the procedure on screen enter in recovery console then type in prompt "chkdsk /r" without "" then press ok.
Then it fix and recover error on harddrive.
Then again boot with disk this choose "Installing new windows option"
Then delete all partition and create again all partition then format 1 partition try this 5 to 6 timer then all error will gone then you can install windows .
