Which plug are you talking about? The one from the deck, or the onces that go into the factory wires?

I have feedback when transmitting

Check your audio settings. Feedback is a condition caused when you are transmitting and your audio is coming out of a speaker (headphone) and is picked up by the microphone. Try turning your audio down; reducing your microphone gain; and perhaps using a wind sock (microphone cover) over your microphone to reduce the amount of feedback audio entering into the microphone (manual pg 13).

Red Power Protector light

Hi, the only way i can see the amp resets the stereo is that power is dropping. The amp should have its own wires directly to power/battery so as to not affect anything else.

On the protect, try to disconnet all the speakers, make sure the power is OK. If it appears to work, the there could be a problem with speakers/cables. Try a different speaker to see if it works. If the problem continues with speakers off, a different speaker etc, then there is a problem with the amp. Hope that helps

What Hz do i use

The best way to set up an amp is to start with everything on 0 Turn your gain all the way off, then turn the stereo up as loud as u would normally listen to it. With the stereo on, slowly turn the gain up until it sounds the way you want it. As for the Hz settings, for a sub you should have the crossover set to lpf, and the z knob adjusts what frequency your sub will play. Since you have a 10" sub, I wouldn't put it much below 125, because tens can't produce ultra low bass and it could damage the sub. Hope his helps :)

The power switch needs to be replaced or the contacts cleaned/resurfaced.
As for the lights they probably need replacement also. Check for voltage on them (probably A/C but check for D/C also.

Audiobahn amp help...

You have a Direct Short in the System Between the Head Unit and the Amp. Check the Ground on the Amp and then Check all the Wires behind the Stereo and the Common Ground There. You could even have a Spot in the New RCA Cables that is Touching Metal Somewhere. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

Sub woofer volume adjustment

The gain dial is not a volume control. The gain dial is used to compensate the output level of your car radio head unit. all car stereo units output are not alike. If you set this gain level too high, it will cause major distortion (clipping) to the audio output of you speakers when cranked up. This excessive distortion WILL eventually, or even quickly damage or blow your speakers.

I personally blown speakers this way no not properly setting this. (lesson learned, I guess :| )
