Question about Televison & Video
You have a short in it and need to locate the short first.
If you are not familiar with tv's it would be best to call a service man.
Most of the time the problems inside of the tv are not user serviceable.
Try uplugging the tv and looking inside to check for anything abvious like water damage or leakage from a component.
Be careful not to get a shock!
even if you think there is no danger wear gloves.
