SOURCE: Nokia 6230i MMC locked!!
if the card is locked with a password in Nokia 6230 it´s not really much you can do except format the card with a forced erase so the card is totally formated. This is nothing all phones can do but if you or someone you know have a Nokia 9210i with SW 6.00 you should be able to do this.
Otherwise you need some other equipment that does the same thing. You can find that enhancement e.g. from here:
This is not a phone feature. It is the specifications of MMC that doesn´t allow any content to be accessed without a password.
or try this
The instructions for getting getting the password are:
1: Use any efile manager like SELEQ 1.65
2: Open SELEQ 1.65 and go to Root C:
3: Options and FIND, write MMCSTORE press OK
4: Send this file by Bluetooth or Infraread to your PC
5: Rename the file MMCSTORE to MMCSTORE.TXT
6: Open the file and the password off the MMC are there

The best way to "block" a call is to turn off the ringer for that number on your telephone. Of course, to do that, that number will have to be in your contacts listing. You would not hear about the call wneh it comes in and you would of course, ignore it. Eventually, the caller will catch on and call using a different number and so it goes. Or, they may get tired of trying to harass you.
As far as I know, you cannot 'block' an incoming call as such. If it is possible, it will have to be because of the kindness of your service provider making the entry in their profile of your account in their software, if such thing exists. If there is law enforcement reason to do this, you may have more success. But at that point, you are probably better off getting a new telephone number.
