Question about Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router
I'm setting up my wireless-g router in a new location. I make it all the way to step 8 where it asks for the password. I type in the default password and it keeps asking for the password. What should I do?
You need to reset the router. Unplug the router. Hold the reset button down with a paper clip. While holding the reset button down, re-plugin the power. After fifteen seconds, release the reset button.
Your router should be back to its original state. You should be able to login at 192.168.1.1 with admin/admin.
Good luck. Hope this helps.
