Question about Lexmark X3470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
If you have already tried turning off/on the printer, detaching and re-attaching the usb cable but still it didn't help, you might want to reinstall the printer driver. I recommend you detach the printer from your computer then uninstall the software. To uninstall, click on the Windows logo Start menu > Programs > Lexmark 3400 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. Then restart pc. Also, check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties. For the software, click on this link: http://bit.ly/dckTwb (for 32-bit) or this link: http://bit.ly/cIiFAH (for 64-bit). Download and install the software. Hope this helps. If you need more assistance, leave a comment and I'll get back to it. Thanks.
