Question about Lexmark X3470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
If you have already tried turning off/on the printer, detaching and re-attaching the usb cable but still it didn't help, you might want to reinstall the printer driver. I recommend you detach the printer from your computer then uninstall the software. To uninstall, click on the Windows logo Start menu > Programs > Lexmark 3400 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. Then restart pc. Also, check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties.
