Kenmore Oasis has LF code on and won't reset (by 3 users)

My Kenmore Oasis seems to keep coming up with the code LF while I am trying to rinse & spin the clothes so they can finally get transferred. What can I do to resolve this problem? I have unplugged my washerfor 10 minutes and it still comes up with the same code eventually.

Ugh!!! Please help!

We have had the same problem off and on for about a year with the Kenmore Elite Oasis, beginning two days after we bought it. About 10% of the loads result in the LF. Then we have to start all over again. This has to be an engineering problem which is the responsibility of Sears. I won't buy any other Sears product until they fix this.
