Turn off the water, take off the hoses and clean the screens therein. Put hoses back on and it should work. You may want to flush the hoses before connecting back to the washer just to be sure water is flowing.

Refrigerator portion on top does have cooling but freezer on bottom works fine. I have read that the cooling all happens in the bottom and a fan transfers cool air to the the top.

if the fridge part is cool and freezer is fine what problem are you having?is the fridge not cold enough? a common problem with bottom mount freezers is the freezer door doesn't get closed all the way, warm air enters the freezer mixes with the zero degree air and freezes up the air ducts, when you open the freezer door you should hear the fan blowing,if it is check the ceiling in the freezer to see if ice is on it,check the packages for frozen water droplets and stick your hand in the fridge where the air ducts are to see if you can feel cold air blowing into the fridge,if you can't feel air blowing into the fridge, unplug it,open the freezer door, remove the top basket and remove all the food out of the bottom basket, with a hair dryer blow into the back wall into the vent holes and melt out all the ice in the ducts, you'll see water dripping down through the vent holes, when the water stops dripping plug it back in and see if the fan is blowing the air into the fridge.also you can remove the bottom kickplate and you should see a tech sheet in it,read it and it will tell you how to put the machine into defrost,it will stay in defrost for like 20 minutes, you can do this instead of unplugging it, there's a heater that comes on behind the back panel in the freezer, this can help you melt out the ice but if it seems to hard to do just unplug it.

TOP AND BOTTOM NO AIR FLOW UP TO FRIDGE FREEZER IS FINE EVAP FAN IS WORKING DAMPER IS OPEN

all i can think of is the door was left open and the air ducts are frozen, look in the freezer section,do you see any frozen water droplets on the walls.ceiling or on the food packages?mostly happens on bottom mount fridges, the warm air gets blown up the air ducts and along with the cold air the ducts freeze up and no air will blow into the fridge section, you can unplug the machine and blow into the holes in the back wall where the evap fan is,if you start to see water dripping down through the air holes keep melting it out until no more water is dripping, then turn it on and feel inside where the damper is and you should feel cold air, this could take a while depending on how much ice is in the ducts.

After you open and close the refrigerator on top, the freezer drawer pops open. it is now leaking water.

check to see if the fridge is tilted back a little so the top door closes with just a little shove, also if there isn't any weight on the freezer door it will pop open, put something on the door,a bottle of water that will freeze or whatever you want,it could be leaking from stuff melting from the door being open, is the water dripping from the door?the door does freeze up and will melt out if door is left open, hopefully your air ducts didin't freeze up,make sure you can feel cold air blowing into the fridge section,if not heat up the back wall where the evap fan motor is with a hair dryer the air ducts are near there and check the freezer ceiling for frozen water droplets, hopefully everything will freeze back up with the door closed.

Haier Genesis HLT364XXQ CAN'T GET HOT WATER WASH

hey Paul, you don't have to wash anything in hot water. Hot water only wastes money and does nothing, in my opinion, to get anything cleaner. It does ,however set the stains. To kill any thing the water has to be 212 degrees [ boiling ]I have not used hot water for over 40 years and our clothes are coming out clean. Just set the machine on cold. I put a twoway spigot on my cold tap and put the hot water and cold water together incase someone breaks in and does my laundry. Barry
