Unless it's the Hard Drive that is not showing up, you can go into the Bios and set the boot order to bard Drive Only or hard Drive First and to not stop on errors to attempt to bypass the problem. If it is the hard drive, or any other drive for that matter, check all of the drive connections to make sure they are fully seated to the mother board and to the drive.
