I am trying to convert from basinette to stroller and the rings on the fabric do not match up with the frame , i can get one ring on but the other seems to short, what am i doing wrong This is the link to the Bugaboo page where the user manual is. In a few weeks time it will be obsolete as Bugaboo ****** around with their web site on a weekly basis. This link has been the same for the last few years.
Bugaboo is infested with to many designers with nothing better to do then play with their web site.
The manuals have good pictures on how to do it but it does take a bit of brute force to get the eyes over the stubs so find yourself a brute ;-)

On my bugaboo bee 2009 model the rear wheel makes a grinding noise gets worse if on a pavement that is slightly bummpy can anyone help please?

There has been a lot of complaints about the Bee's wheels on the internet including Bugaboo's own Face Book page! Your Bugaboo is ether in or only just out of the 2 year Warranty so contact Bugaboo customer service about getting a replacement set. The rear wheels are held by Hex nuts and are easy to remove with a small hex key any hardware shop can sell you. I use Silicon grease (as used to lubricate taps) when I repair stroller wheels. I think the Bee is a neat little Stroller and my wife has one but it really is only a Shopping Mall Stroller and those little wheels won't tolerate to much rough suburban footpaths.

I don't know how to reverse the handlebars on the stroller.

The handle has two white release buttons, the one on the side opposite of the break lever has a smaller safety release button. You have to push the safety release button in than pull up on both release buttons. This whole handle lock assembly can get quite stiff without proper lubrication. How do I collapse bugaboo stroller

take off the basinette or seat

then, there are 2 knob, sticking out of the sides of the frame, about 6 inches below the handle, from the normal pushing position, hook yr fingers round them and slide them up the frame towards the handle

the handle will drop, then just up the frame from the cross bar under where the set is.

easy once you know how

if it still don't work, go to your local park and accost the nearest person with a bugaboo and ask for some help - there'll be hundreds of them!

We had the same problem. We undid the velcro at the back and doubled up the end loop of the straps and wedged it under the plastic anchor... hope that makes sense. Not very elegant solution but it works!

I don't know how to convert my bugaboo cameleon from a basinette to a seat. I appear to have the necessary fabric but not the straps. It is currently a basinette and I understood it would convert easily....

You should not have to purchase any new parts. Your seat fabric should slide onto the frame, the tether straps toward the foot of the seat should have a metal ring that go onto the hook on either side of the frame and snap with a lobster clasp behind the foot rest.
