Click Start, click Run, type dxdiag, and then click OK.
Click the Display tab. In the DirectX Features area, make sure that DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct3D Acceleration are enabled.
Note Windows Vista automatically enables DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct 3D Acceleration if these features are supported by the display device and by the driver. 3. If either feature is disabled, click Enable next to the disabled feature. 4. Click OK when you are prompted. 5. If multiple video adaptors are installed on the computer, repeat steps 2 through 4 on each Display tab. 6. Click Exit to close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
