Hello.
If there's no water entering your dishwasher, check these: 1. Water-inlet valve The water-inlet valve lets water enter the machine. If this valve is defective, you need to completely replace it. It's usually located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side. It's the device with the main water line (usually copper) from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it. 2. Float switch The float switch is a small electrical switch that's located right below the dishwasher "floor." Above the switch, on the inside of the dishwasher, is a plastic cylinder that floats up as water fills the dishwasher. If this switch is defective, or if the plastic float gets caught or trapped in the raised position, the water can't enter the dishwasher. If the float switch is defective, you need to replace it.

water enters the dishwasher, but after it fills up and goes to the next step in cycle to start washing, it doesn't do anything. the timer will go down and it'll act like it goes to the next step and then even drain the water, but it will stop at around 76 min remaining if we started on a cycle with 95 minutes. it just stays there with the sensing light on.

Why doesn't the start button move?

Most likely the button is stuck; spray a heavy dose of wd-40 into/around it and then try to move it. Don't force it to move but wiggle it and it may free up. It it does not free up, the switch is probably bad.

Spray arms not working

Hi frustrated in Raleigh,
I understand that the spray arms are not moving or spraying water, even after you have cleaned the screens and arms. What might be happening is you are not getting enough water pressure to the dishwasher.
The hot water line to your dishwasher must provide water pressure between 20 and 120 psi.
Low water pressure may occur when laundry or showers are in operation.
Wait until water use is reduced before starting dishwasher.
If you are still noticing that the spray arms are not moving or spraying water, I would have a local Authorized Technician come out to see what exactly is going on with the spray arms of your dishwasher.

-Best Regards-

My 1985 bronco 2 has a hard time starting when cold and I have to hold the throtle down litly or it will die out but once it reaches normal operating temp it runs great

It sounds like your automatic choke linkage is not working proparly or out of adjustment. It could just be very dirty and oily. You can spray WD40 around the linkages on the carborator and work them back and forth by hand to see if they are moving freely. If they were very stiff at first and then after you sprayed them and moved them around they feel like they work much easier then it was likely just dirty.

Dishwasher won't drain nor will the lower arm rotate and spray. When turned to the ON position it just makes a clank noise (like a motor is trying to turn on) and hum for a short bit. Nothing afterwards....

I don't know if this is unusual or not. But, I found A solution. Thinking about what I said in the problem descriptor, I disconnected the power to the dishwasher. Got to messing around with the electric motor and found it was seized up...don't know with what or how...but it was seized up. So, I broke out the trusty WD 40 and a long thin flat tip screwdriver. Sprayed a bit of the WD on it and tried to move the motor with the screwdriver. Got it to move fairly freely and re attached the power. Turned the nob till it started to run and sprayed some more WD on it. It broke free. Everything works fine on it. If there was a better way to fix it, which I am sure there is, please pot it. This is just the way I found to get my to working. Thank you everyone for your time.

Power lock, driver door, stuck in lock position. Can't unlock with power switch, slide lever, or key. Hear click but does nothing. Passenger side is fine.

Take a spray can of WD-40 or similar penetrating lubricant, and attach the little nozzle that comes with it. Stick that nozzle inside key hole as far as you can get it, and start spraying. Soak it good, and draw nozzle out slowly as you keep spraying, so that you get as much in all areas inside the tumbler as you can. Now open door and spray all around latch area, in behind, down the sides, and give it a good soaking as well. Try to also aim spray nozzle at back of key tumbler if you can from that hole where the latch is. Now let it sit for a 10 minutes or so to start working, then try moving lever, as well as try turning key in door as well, but don't force it to the point that you bend the key. Keep trying if it doesn't work at first, and give a little more spray each time, until it finally loosens up. Let me know if you get it moving.

Engine will start and run in choke position. Move

Either carb floats are sticky, or the needle and seat are warped and worn and need to be replaced. I first would pull the carb off and apart and soak in solvent for an hour or 2 and then blow dry and reassemble.

Blackberry trackball wont work

I have the Blackberry Tour.......I work in all kinds of environments....so I get dust, dirt, and debris in my trackball......every 3-4 weeks I cannot move the trackball.......all you gotta do is get AIR DUSTER, the same you use for your computer keyboard etc. and keep it about 3-4 inches away and spray the air at your trackball and move it around......just keep spraying it for about 1-2 seconds at a time and move the ball around after every spray and you are good to go!!!!!

Door lock not unlocking for 2001 honda civic lx

You may get lucky by spraying penetrating spray like WD-40 inside & all around the latch assembly on door. Use that little red nozzle to get around in behind as far as you can, as well as try to get it along back of sides as well. That will allow it to run down on linkage to locks etc & hopefully free things up & get them moving better. Once it's freed up again, give it a coat of white lithium spray grease and use tube same as you did with penetrating spray, to avoid/prolong repeat in near future. Let spray work a bit then start moving lock manually at first, then try using power after it feels easier, and then keep working both until power lock works good. Don't go crazy & overheat power lock motor, give it a few minutes after trying 5-10 times, before trying again.
