Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
You can buy the service manual from several sites online which should have removal and repair instructions (part #HY8-19AW-010) but looks like this costs about $100.
Can you see any way to remove covers to get to the jam? Maybe screws or tabs? If you have long tweezers, needle-nose pliers, or a skinny flathead screwdriver you may be able to get in there and work the paper closer to the exit to get it out.
Also, sometimes if you turn the copier off and then on again it will run the rollers as a startup test -- if you can get it to do that, maybe it will feed the paper out itself.
