Yes there is, and I am glad that you asked. Too many ask for repairs after the move.
First I would unplug the set and allow it to cool down for at least four hours, overnight would be best. I would get some thin foam and wrap it around the front bezel. Then place the largest piece of cardboard that you can find, maybe from an appliance store, and place that over the front screens.
Then shrink wrap the entire unit from top to bottom, and do not allow this unit to lay on its back or sides.

That should help.
If you need any more input.

JD Model 445 - Plastic gears. After replacing the new camshaft I need to adjust the valves. Does anyone have the specifications?

Remove the plugs. Turn the engine so the pistion is at top dead center for cylinder. Clearance should 0.010 when adjusting rocker to valve. Repeat for other side. I just replaced my cam shaft if a 1993 JD445. I'm planning to run for a couple of hours then check cleanace again. Hope this helps, Gerry

The main aerial goes into the box, then a flylead out of the box into the tv(if you have a vcr or dvd rec then it will go in there first then out into the tv). Then connect the box to the tv with a scart lead.

Can I move this TV on a trailer?

You would be best moving it on a truck, vs. a trailer. I know that height is a concern, but this damage due to debris can be minimized by judicious use of refrigerator boxes (see local sears store) to protect it.

Either way, plan on having to realign the screen when you finally get it moved. This is normal. Moving on a trailer just might permanently misalign the screen so that the processor in the tv cannot compensate for it.

UHaul also rents blankets / pads without having to rent anything else as well. You might consider that option.

On the other hand, this tv was likely trucked across America inside a trailer on the back of a semi. But that trailer also had a lot more weight in it as well. Personally, I would move it using a pickup.

Phono stage

Hi. The phono input of your STRBD930 has a pre amplifier on it, and as such should only be connected to a dynamic phono cartridge. This is one which has a moving coil or magnet, as opposed to a piezzo cartridge. Connecting a piezzo turn table to the phono input will provide a too-higher voltage input for the pre amp, which might damage the pre amp. I hope this helps. PS moving magnet and moving coil are same difference. These are both dynamic cartridges, and can be connected to STRDB930.
