Question about Dishwashers
Well IF the piece, the latch, seems to be working OK, then the only other thing it can be, is the Electronic "Drive" from the controller board, or a disconnection between the Controller and the Latch, Sometimes it can be a "Sensor" not allowing the latch to operate, as related you will have to work through the troubleshooting procedures to find out. It may indeed be efficacious, to get an Exact make and model of service manual, if the one supplied isn't good enough, say doesn't have your exact wiring etc.
