The same way any electrician would wire a three phase piece of equipment. With proper sized 3 wire w/ground romex.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Type of switch

The start switch should be a single pole momentary switch which engages a latching circuit. When you press the stop button it opens the latching circuit. The latching circuit is usually a relay, but it could be a centrifugal switch on the motor. I can't find a wiring diagram to be able to tell you for certain.

How old is the mixer? Could it have a brush style motor?
Easy to tell. It will have a couple of removable panels on the motor rear cover. The brush mount plate may have moved out of position, which retimes the rotor and stator windings. With the power disconected and the rear main cover removed, look at the internal screws for prevoius marks where the position might have been.

Heating bag vegetables and my unit buzzed and lost all power and function. Unit is 13 years old.

13 years is a very good sevice life of a microwave. the part that heats, the "magnetron" is usally the first part to quit, they usally just quit heating first. but it sounds like the circuits in yours have gave out. these days microwaves are relatively cheap so its easyier to replace than try to have fixed, hope this helps
