Try the video-card in another computer.

Try connecting a different monitor to the video-card.

Try a different "data" cable between the video-card and the monitor.

u myt need to buy a new cable, if ur monitor is CRT then u need a VGA connection, if it is LCD u MIGHT need a HDMI cable

check the lcd connector if ists solid then you may have breaks in the the signal cable see if you can find a replacment cable if not then its a replacement screen and that can be tough to track down

My pc laptop screen is shaking


it is dispaly driver problem. uninstall dispaly vga driver thern reinstall it.
when u power up press F8 key then go to enable VGA mode.then check problem same or not.change also your dispaly properties setting resolution to 1024*768
