Hello,

what you need to do is to get your self the same wire which your husband do make use of the wire is call (F.R WIRE AT THIS FUNCTION ).but if you can not get the same wire then get your self another one it most be a flexible wire i.e it most be fordable

then look at the back or the side of your radio you will locate a black and red hole or button on it in stole the wire one at a time in properly and

then back to the speaker look at the back of it to locate the same colour of hole on it and put in the wire as it was put in on the radio

please make sure that the wire that was input on the red hole of the radio it his that will be in put on the red hole of the speaker and same will be do on other wire ,

that is red for red and black for black as the case may be

B ut if you can get the wire that your husband do make use of then you can still follow the same processas directed .

Good lock and thanks for using fixya.

no sound out of your dennon receiver ? 1st ck your source , if its a dvd or cd player , try switching inputs dvd to cd, second make sure your front panel controls are set to the source your trying to hear(cd or dvd) and make sure you have volume up a bit (30 %) then make sure al your speakers are connected properly and too the correct set of terminals on both the receiver and the speaker end , if any of these things fails to produce a sound out of receiver , then your receiver will require service

I want to transfer casettes to a cd.

Hi
To transfer any audio or video casette to cd you need an audio casette player/vcp or vcr for playing back the video on the computer, a video capture card installed on the computer and the software to capture the video like Pinnacle which will save the audio/video file in mp3, mpeg format on the computer. The casette player or the vcr can be attached to the computer tower through the video capture card.

Using the MP3 in my car?

If your car has a casette player in it, the best/safest/cheapest way to get it to work is through a cassete adapter - place the casette into the car's casette player, and the connecting cord into the headphone jack of the Sansa.

WIRING CHANGE FOR 2002 DODGE CARAVAN

Your best bet on that one is to go to a place that sells car audio systems or even some autoparts retailers have them, and get the proper adapter harness already made up. A few more dollars but, a whole lot less headaches.

Trying to hook up 901's with a AVR2802 Dennon amp

Similar problem...I came up with a solution with help from Onyko. For my receiver, at least, the bottom line was that the output from the equalizer MUST go to 'Receiver, Tape In'! Since that is the ONLY input source from the equalizer, you must combine elsewhere. Part of my setup included the Radio Shack Audio/Video Selector box which costs $21.99...you might not need it, but in my case, I couldn't plug all components into the back of the receiver and have them go through the equalizer.

Since I have a satellite receiver, DVD player and TV, that I want to route through the equalizer, here is the way mine is set up and working:

Satellite receiver and DVD player out to Radio Shack audio/video selector

Audio/video selector out to VCR in.

VCR video directly to TV

VCR audio red/white (audio) out to equalizer

Equalizer out to Receiver Tape IN (Receiver Out not used)

Hope this (or a variation of it) helps.

I own a Dennon AVR-1905/785 surround receiver. The right channel is not emitting any audio. Am I better off trying to have it repaired or simply purchasing a replacement unit, not necessarily Dennon. Thank...

could be a rca jack gone bad,,unless you hooked it up digital,,with coaial or fiberoptic dts cables,,then it may be a bad speaker wire or at the conection at either end,,, dennon,,ive never haerd of htat brand,, you cant go wrong with a jvc,,or technics,,

Is the e250 Rhapsody compatible with BMW audio??

You might want to try a casette adapter, if your BMW comes equipped with a casette player - multi-adapters (generic) can generally be found for $10-15. BMW audio books appear to be in Mp3 format, so they should work with the Sansa player.

Poping in speakers

Same issue with my AVR-589...2-15 minutes after sound is playing (via TV or DVD). I checked all wires and speakers. Even reconfigured to audio only (analog) coming in, same issue. Put my old Denon receiver in and the problem disappears...possible overheating issue with this new unit?
