Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
Jaye is correct that you should be able to just press down on the key and SHOULD pop back on, but if it does not, its most likely the back of the key or the retainer clip is broken somewhere, in that case you will need to purchase a new laptop key, the laptop keys replacement are around $5. Good luck.

Relocate the popped-off keytop and place it back over the correct location. Press down very hard until it locks itself back on.
