Hi,
please try the below steps:
1. replace the keyboard with new batteries and try again.
2. Press the RF channel change button present behind your keyboard and then try again.
3. Try your keyboard and mouse with some other computer and find out if the problem is there in system or with keyboard only.

I hope this solves your problem. Pls provide your ratings.
Thanks

MOUSE WILL NOT WORK

You haven't said what kind of mouse you have or whether it used to work.
I'll offer some suggestions for the most common problems:
If it used to work but now doesn't, try a system restore back to when it did work.
If that doesn't work--are you using a wireless mouse? If so, are the batteries fresh and are they inserted correctly?
If you are using a wireless mouse, have you pushed the little "connect" button on the bottom?
You haven't said, but is the other mouse a wireless one or a USB mouse? If your USB mouse doesn't work, try another USB port. If you go into the device manager, do you see a "human interface device" or a "mouse" listed? If so, it will tell you the system recognizes the device. If that is missing, there is a good chance the mouse is dead.

How can i connect my ex110 with computer

Hello there.

  1. If your wireless keyboard came with a software CD, install that first.
  2. Then plug-in the USB receiver it came with it on a USB port on your computer.
  3. Put all the batteries on the keyboard and mouse.
  4. If it doesn't work, you may find a Connect button under the keyboard and / or mouse.
  5. You can find drivers and manuals for your keyboard and mouse here: http://www.logitech.com/en-au/433/154

Lights are on but mouse doesn,t work.Inland wireless mouse and keybord. Keyboard works great.

Check with fresh batteries.. Did you sync the mouse with transciever? Push tiny button on transceiver, (maybe hold for few seconds) light flashes quickly.. then push tiny button under the mouse, light stops flashing. Try few times, maybe otherway round. If still not work consider defective.

KEYBOARD DOESN"T WORK!!!!

Replace the battery inside the keyboard.

Make sure the wireless "receiver" is in the "line-of-sight" between the keyboard and the receiver.

Make sure that the wireless "receiver" is still connected to a USB port in your computer.

Wireless mouse/keyboard

The manufacturer no longer has the drivers on its web site nor could I find drivers on any of the archive sites I?m aware of. If you?re in love with this mouse I would try emailing Sakar (http://www.sakar.com/about.aspx) to see if they will send you the drivers for your operating system. If that doesn?t work you could try just letting Windows try to find/install the best driver it has. If that doesn?t work it just might be time for an upgrade.
