Try to install first the driver for your usb port....
then install also the driver of memory card reader..
After doing that, you can now browse the files on your memory card..

Hope that fix it.

Much appreciated if you rate this solution..thanks

Looking for a card reader for Olympus C21OO

Actually any ALL in one car readers ill work..

when you connect the camera to the compute using the usb cable two addition drives are displayed under my computer.. one is the internal memory of the camer, the other is the memory card. so you dont actually need to buy the card reader. PS when connecting it to the computer ensure its turned on.

I put memory card into a card reader and it got stuck and now memory card doesnt work

1. You have removed the memory card forcefully from the card reader, that's why it not working!

2. Does the card reader detects your memory card (even if it's not working)?

3. Check your memory card with a digital camera / card adapter!

please rate this advice if it helps...tc! :)

Memory Stick won't load on PC

tyr looking for a firmware or an update on the net for your memory card reader.  It should be easy to find.  And update. Since the flash memory card isn't the problem it's either your card reader is too old and can't support that size of card or the reader need an update.

in some laptops and desktops the memory card reader is inbuilt, but not in all the cases. for connecting your memory card you need a memory card reader. plug memory card reader to your computer, then plug your memory card to card reader and your memory card will be connected to computer.

you don't need one-buy a memory card reader that supports your type of memory card-if card is flat with exposed contacts its a smart media card-if small it's a xd card-get reader and plug cable from reader to computer and will work fine-no software needed
