It's in the air intake for the evaporator  - the radiator that cools the air. If your aircon is a standard split unit it will be at the top immediately under the air filter.

Hello. Every manufacturer has a slightly different location but generally the sensor is near the compressor. J.

Is that a temperature senor in the GE spacemaker Laundry dryer? My dryer stops spinning when it gets too hot. After it cools down, it will spin and dry again.

Aqualink RS4 Water temperature reads 120 - obviously wrong.

No but this sensor is easy to replace. Just pull the sensor from the pipe by loosening the staniless steel clamp that holds it in the pipe. Then follow the wire back into the Aqualink box and unplug. Get a new one at your local store and replace. It's a common problem and you should be able to do it with ease.

Should the LG LS-K-1830CL outdoor unit ice over on the coils when operating in the heat pump mode? Would this cause the unit to not properly heat the room?

Running the heat pump in low outside ambient temps. will definitely cause the coil to ice up. An ouside temperature senor or a wind baffle should be installed in climates that get below freezing. This would definitely cause the heat pump to operate at lowered efficency and maybe not at all. It should go into defrost mode if the sensor is working correctly when the coil ices up.
